The Neighborhood Improvement Committee (NIC) is a group of neighborhood residents that are committed to improving our neighborhood through code compliance. Our goal is to educate, notify and assist neighborhood residents and City of Tampa Code Inspectors on code violations and resources / programs available to ensure code compliance.  This dedicated group meets the second Monday of each month, 7pm, at the Kathryn Malone Community Center (corner of 12th and Giddens).  If you are interested in joining the NIC Committee or have any questions regarding code enforcement, please contact Stan Lasater at stan.lasater@SESHCA.com
